Service Description

Our props are creatively styled to create height & depth on the table – creating the ultimate WOW factor when your guests arrive. Includes hire of all the cheese boards, bread boxes, stands, various props, dip bowls, candle sticks, cheese knives etc. If you have a particular look in mind you can pick and choose which props you want, or leave it up to us & we will work with the space you provide us to create an amazing and one of a kind grazing table that will have you still saying 'WOW' long after the brie is gone. Tables are based on Length x 600 wide. If you require a wider space the price will need to be quoted. 1m - $850 (Up to 40 people) Bamboo cutlery & boats available - $1.00/per person A refundable deposit of $150.00 is required, this will be refunded on the safe return of all hired items. TRAVEL - Travel within 15km from 3178 - Free Additional per km outside of 15km travel zone - $1.50/km SET UP - Depending on the table size we will require anywhere between 1-3 hours for a complete set up. PACK UP - All items are to be washed and returned to Rowville after your function unless return of a Petal and Fig member has been pre-agreed at an additional cost. You to pack up & clean AND return props to Rowville - Free You to pack up & clean props AND a P&F member to pick up cleaned props, knives etc - $30.00 OR Return fee for P&F member to pack up table & clean up props, knives etc - $200.00 PRODUCE - Our tables include, but are not limited to: Cheese - Triple cream brie, camembert, gouda, manchego, marinated goats cheese, smoked cheddar, hard goats cheese, vintage cheddar, jarlsberg Meats - Prosciutto, ham, sopressa salami (hot & mild), kabana, Fruit & Veg - Grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate, kiwi fruit, pears, apples, passionfruit, figs, carrots, celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. (All produce is seasonal and depending on whats available at the time of your event) Dips - Various gourmet dips, Pate, Quince/fruit paste. Crunch - Artisan crackers, lavosh crackers, wafer crackers, grissini sticks, Fillers - Dried fruits (Apricots, pawpaw spears, banana chips, dried apples, pineapples), pistachios, roasted almonds, milk chocolate, pretzels, chocolate coated pretzels. Garnishes - Honeycomb, rosemary, sage, edible flower confetti, edible flowers.
