By payment of any Petal and Fig invoice you are accepting our terms and conditions as follows;

As our grazes/platters/boxes are made fresh its recommended they are enjoyed on the day of set up/delivery/pickup.

Platters/Boxes need to be placed in the fridge until ready to be consumed. Once your grazing table is set up or our savoury platter/box is taken out of the fridge contents will need to be consumed within three (3) hours for grazing tables, four (4) hours for platters and discarded after, contents are not to be re-used.

Consumption of any products after this period of time (3 hours grazing tables, 4 hours platters) is at your own risk, Petal and Fig shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume the same within said period or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures in the consumption and handling thereof.

Appropriate handling of the graze/platter/box and its contents will be relayed on pick up/delivery.

 

It is your responsibility to notify Petal and Fig of any dietary requirements before ordering. Petal and Fig is dietary requirement 'friendly' but not 'free' as our home based kitchen may contain traces of allergens. While we will do our best to accomodate restrictions we will not be held accountable due to the nature of cross contamination on a grazing table and the unavoidable nature. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

In the event that you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellations more than 2 weeks out will receive a refund less 10% of the total invoice to cover the cost of any work completed to date & the loss of the event date.

Cancellations between 2 weeks and 48 hours out from your booking are unable to be refunded but we will work with you to reschedule your booking to a new date.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are not able to be rescheduled or refunded.

INVOICING & PAYMENT

INVOICES:

Invoices are sent after an initial inquiry and your date is note held until the deposit payment has been made, payment details will always be found on the invoice.

PAYMENT:

 

DEPOSIT: 50% Payment is required upfront to be made on receipt of your invoice to secure your booking.

 

FINAL: The final payment of 50% is required no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, or credit card through PayPal & Stripe.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Teams to stay informed of updates. You will be to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the services (collectively, the "content), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). 

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in Australia and around the world.

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" section below we grant you a non-exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to: 

- access the services; and,

- download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access.
