What does being a registered business mean? 

- We have both current food handling & food safety supervisor certificates. 

- Our business has a food safety program demonstrating how we maintain food safety, adhere to the 2/4 hour rule & take regular fridge temperature checks. 

- Regular council inspections of our registered premises. 

- Yearly registration fee to the council.
